To us being agile means being flexible. We work with continuous improvements instead of long projects and releases made a few times a year. That way, we can create value faster.
We started our agile journey in 2014 and today we work in three-week sprints according to the scrum methodology. We often get the question from external stakeholder to share the story of our agile development. And we are glad to share our experiences. At the same time, we continuously adapt our way of working.
